Emotion: Their eyes can express...

Namaskar.

Meet Deepti. Today, I am inspired to pen down my thoughts in a non-judgmental manner. This is simply a reflection of my feelings, without any bias.

God created this beautiful world and has kept us all here by connecting with each other. Humans, birds, trees, animals, everyone is connected here by God.

However, things have taken a drastic turn now. There is widespread suffering among all beings, particularly animals like the revered Cow. Cows, who hold a sacred place in our culture as symbols of motherhood, are facing numerous hardships due to human actions.

Cows cannot say anything, it doesn't mean that they do not feel pain. Despite their inability to voice their struggles, it's important to acknowledge that cows experience pain too.

In the past, I was unable to empathize with the suffering of cows, but after becoming a mother, I can now feel their pain acutely. One day, while enjoying a cup of coffee, my thoughts shifted to the milk industry, prompting me to have a conversation with my husband, affectionately known as Mr. Panda. He is not only an animal lover but also a compassionate human being.

During our discussion, I pointed out to him that a significant portion of cow's milk is utilized in our daily consumption, whether it's for drinking milk, eating sweets, or enjoying a glass of lassi. In fact, we rely on cow's milk for various beverages such as tea and coffee throughout the day.

Have you ever thought that it is because of us that the cow's baby does not get their mother's milk. Is that fair?

It is not easy for a mother to see her child yearning for feeding. Animals cannot speak but they feel everything. If our baby cries for a minute, we feed him/her immediately. Animals may not vocalize their emotions, but they undoubtedly experience them. If our own child cries for sustenance, we attend to their needs without delay.

We will not be able to tolerate seeing our child hungry. A child will be longing for food. How could we bear to see our child in that situation?

Every living creature has a mother. The agony of experiencing this situation is universal among all mothers. As a mother myself, I can empathize with this pain. I wish for a gradual awakening in everyone to acknowledge and understand this truth. I hope everyone will slowly realize this.

Thank you...
